Gloria Hotels & Resorts has signed up a partnership with Air China PhoenixMiles on Frequent Flyer Program with effective from 20 May 2009. Members of Air China PhoenixMiles will now be entitled to either 800 or 400 kilometers of mileage earning simply by staying at any of the participated properties of Gloria Hotels & Resorts across China. Meanwhile, members of “Gloria Partner”, the loyalty program of Gloria Hotels & Resorts could also redeem 800 kilometers by using 2,500 of their membership points as part of the benefits extended.

In conjunction with the new partnership with Air China on FFP program, free upgrade to the next best category of room shall also be offered to PhoenixMiles members for stay at any of the participated Gloria properties by simply presenting their cards upon arrival at the front desk (upgrade is subject to availability, excluding suites) with validity of offer from 20 May to 31 August, 2009.
