The Gloria Partner card remains the
property of Gloria Hotels & Resorts (GHR) and can be withdrawn or
cancelled at anytime. |

Gloria Partner Program and its benefits and services are offered
at the sole discretion of GHR. GHR reserves the right to change,
limit, modify or cancel any of the terms, conditions, benefits and
services at any time, with or without notice. |

The Gloria Partner Program is governed by the laws of the People’s
Republic of China. |

The Program has no pre-determined termination date and may
continue until such time as GHR, as its sole discretion, decides to
terminate the Program. Members will have a period of six (6) months
from the date the program termination is announced to redeem all
benefits and services. |

In the event of any dispute in accumulation of reward
points, GHR final decision will be based on the check-out record
from the hotel concerned. GHR will not provide point’s adjustment to
the disputed record which exceeds two years. |

Only individuals are eligible for membership, and each
individual may maintain only one account. Corporations, associations
or groups are not eligible for membership. |
| 7 |
Gloria Partner Program entitles members the right to
benefits, services and reward points, which can be received in
accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program. |

An account may be closed at GHR discretion if no
points are accrued over a period of 24 consecutive months. All
points in the account will be forfeited at that time. Points accrued
are for member’s benefits only and are non-transferable. |

The member consents to GHR use of any personal data
supplied in connection with any other program for GHR internal or
direct marketing purposes. |

To ensure that you are awarded all benefits and
services, please quote your membership number when you make your
room reservations and present your membership card at time of
check-in. |
