Launched in 2005, the Gloria Partner Program is a loyalty program aimed at maintaining and increasing the loyalty of guests by offering a series of benefits and privileges. Based on accumulated points, guests are classified into blue card members, gold card members and platinum card members. Sales & Reservation Offices
Gloria Hotels & Resorts’ Sales and Reservation Offices (SRO) are located in the key cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong with an appointed European General Sales Agent based in Germany. These SROs play a key role in developing new and potential accounts within their geographical regions for Gloria Hotels & Resorts. Being the extended arms of individual hotels, the SROs communicate and closely coordinate with all hotels to ensure that promotional information and plans are disseminated timely to our corporate buyers and travel agents.
